5. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Service credits may be issued for prolonged outages exceeding this level. Service availability for the free tier is provided on a best-effort basis.

7. Intellectual Property

Klq.to is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
