Prerequisites
- Email address for account creation
- Access to your domain's DNS settings (optional for using klq.to subdomain)
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Go to klq.to/login
- Click "Create Account"
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email address
Step 2: Choose Your Plan
Start with the Starter plan (free forever):
- 10 redirects
- 1 custom domain
- 1,000 hits per month
- 7-day analytics
You can upgrade anytime as your needs grow.
Step 3: Add Your Domain
Option A: Use klq.to Subdomain (Easiest)
Your account automatically includes a klq.to subdomain for testing.
Option B: Add Custom Domain
- Go to Account → Manage Domains
- Click "Add Domain"
- Enter your domain (e.g.,
yourdomain.com) - Add DNS Records:
Type: CNAME Name: @ (or your subdomain) Value: go.klq.to TTL: 300 (or default) - Wait for DNS verification (usually < 5 minutes)
Step 4: Create Your First Redirect
- Navigate to Manage Links
- Click "Add Redirects"
- Enter redirect details:
Path: old-page Destination: https://newsite.com/new-page Type: 301 (Permanent) - Click "Save"
Your redirect is now live at https://yourdomain.com/old-page!
Step 5: Test Your Redirect
- Open a browser
- Navigate to your redirect URL
- Verify it redirects correctly
- Check analytics after a few minutes

Go to the Dashboard to see:
